Piers
The footings/piers of a house are extremely important, as they support the structural loading of the entire house. You may overlook the inspection of the foundations which is potentially dangerous.
What to look for:
Check the condition of the piers. Look for any evidence of cracking, mortar fretting, fractures,leaning or pitting
Check for any evidence of loose, unstable or missing piers
Check for stumps that may be decayed
